We aim to facilitate all our clients if they wish to exchange their purchased products, within 7 days from the date of parcel received under the following terms:

  • We will not exchange any used products and the price label should be attached along with the purchase invoice or order confirmation e-mail/screenshot.

 

  • The customer has to send the products to our head office to get it exchanged.

 

  • We hold the right to decline exchange requests based on physical inspection

 

  • Products purchased on discount or sale are not qualified for an exchange

 

  • We offer free pick-up services for items in case the wrong product being dispatched to customers or those have defects

 

  • The products will only be returned if we have delivered a wrong or damaged product
